NuCalm is a collection of products and services owned by Solace Lifesciences, Inc. For clarity, the Product, our services, and web-based applications are collectively referred to as the “Services,” and the products sold through the Services are referred to as the “Products.” The Products, billed under NuCalm EDGE, currently include Rescue, PowerNap, FlowState, Focus, Ignite, and DeepSleep. NuCalm is delivered through our mobile application (the “App”), available for iOS and Android, which provides digital access to our proprietary neuroacoustic technology.
Please read these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) carefully, as they govern your use of the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use NuCalm. We may revise these Terms from time to time, and the current version will always be posted on our Terms page. By continuing to use NuCalm after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
NuCalm may offer bulk license distribution agreements to approved third-party partners. Each license is subject to NuCalm end-user Terms of Service. Licenses are unique, non-transferable, and must be activated individually. NuCalm reserves the right to audit or revoke licenses in cases of misuse or non-compliance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Account creation through third-party platforms is subject to those platform privacy settings. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree to use NuCalm in accordance with all applicable laws. Our technology is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Do not use the Services while driving or operating heavy machinery. Any form of unauthorized access, misuse, duplication, or tampering with NuCalm content or systems is strictly prohibited.
New users receive 7 days of full access to NuCalm EDGE. Access terminates on day 8 unless converted to a paid subscription. The free trial is non-transferable and available once per user.
Subscriptions are non-cancelable and non-refundable for the term purchased. Renewals are automatic. Upgrade/downgrade policies, billing, and tax responsibilities are outlined in your account portal. Lifetime subscriptions refer to the operational lifetime of the NuCalm app.
NuCalm reserves the right to update pricing and will notify users in advance. New pricing applies only to renewals.
